SHE/HER

I am a psychotherapist grounded in 30 years of Eastern spiritual practices blended with modern Western psychology. I specialize in working with young adults, artists, and creatives navigating the complex inner and outer worlds of realities and truths. My goal is to connect with you while you form a deeper connection with yourself, listening to you with compassion and without judgement.

If you are looking to manage anxiety, stress, depression, time management, life transitions (moving, work, school, endings or beginnings) and you are interested in learning to navigate your internal world, I can help.  We can incorporate techniques such as mindfulness to help slow you down and develop self-compassion, boundaries, and self-empowerment. We can understand through the frameworks of Attachment Theory your past and present relationships.  CBT or DBT skills can help manage anxiety or repair self-esteem issues.

I acknowledge it takes a lot of courage to begin or continue the process of self-discovery. Being vulnerable is scary. Know that you are the driver in this process.
