HE / HIM
I’m a psychotherapist who helps people with traumatic histories recover from overwhelm by processing experience in the body, so they can be more present to their life.
I’ve spent the past 15 years studying how to integrate the body meaningfully into talk therapy as a way to address stress and help my client’s nervous systems express their inherent capacity to heal.
I use relational psychotherapy and experiential trauma therapies like EMDR and Somatic Experiencing to reduce overwhelm and increase resilience.
I am also a Teacher of Attachment Focused EMDR for the Parnell Institute and on the Faculty Track for Somatic Experiencing International.
People can recover from overwhelming experience.
Almost everyone has inherent vitality & the capacity to heal. Psychotherapy can help you become better able to tolerate the inherent discomfort life brings. With time, you can become more resilient, present, and experience life more fully.
I love seeing my clients increase their capacity to deal with life’s challenges and thrive.
This is what I want for you— to live a life of your choosing, to feel enlivened by our work and the world around you, and to be more present for yourself and your relationships.
